"Mastermind - Co-ordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people for the attainment of a definite purpose"
What is a Master Mind?
Master Mind Groups have been in existence for many years, going back as far as the 1930s when the likes of Henry Ford and Thomas Edison realised that there was an enormous advantage to surrounding themselves with like-minded people in order to gain momentum for both personal and business growth.
How does it work?
Each Master Mind group has between 5 and 9 people as members. Each person must have a vested interest in developing themselves in terms of knowledge and awareness and also have a real appetite to improve their business results. In the groups that we run, we ask applicants to complete an initial screen questionnaire to ensure that each group is formed with the right balance of people who are keen to support others as well as focus on their own growth and results.
Once every quarter we meet for between 2-3 days at an off-site venue which is residential.
In-between the Summits, we also have a group accountability call for 2 hours which is done online. In addition, once a month apart from the Summit months, each person has a 1:1 for 90 minutes with either myself or one of our highly acclaimed coaches which is conducted via ZOOm online
How do I benefit from joining a Master Mind Group?
If you're serious about self-improvement in your business career, then all too often it's difficult to get the right support - what I mean by that is surrounding yourself with like minded people who have your best interests at heart. People who will not only support you, but also challenge you to achieve your goals and reach your true potential without judgement. These types of people or groups are difficult to find in today's competitive world, but by joining one of our groups, we carefully select the right people who are looking to not only grow themselves exponentially but are equally interested about the success of others too.
How successful could I be as part of this process?
Well, let me give you a great example of my own story. I joined a Master Mind group around 2 years ago run by a very good friend, entrepreneur and globally acclaimed coach who encouraged me to join in order to really catapult my business in a way that I could never have imagined possible. At that point in time, I was operating a notch above a consultant to be honest - but 2 years on my turnover has tripled, I now have a whole team in place in the business and I know I have the added unbiased support from my colleagues in the group who challenge me to continually grow and develop.
It's a powerful process, but only for those "serious" about their success ... it's NOT for dabblers!
