Paul is a highly versatile training professional with extensive knowledge of Leadership and Personal Development training, built up through over 25 years’ experience in training consultancy, design and delivery.

Co-delivered an award-winning wellbeing programme to 50 NHS Senior Managers over 4 sites.
Courses have generated 55% reduction in sickness absence, an average saving just under £4000 per person in the two years following course attendance and improved organisational resilience in relation to managing absence.
