Jonathan has over 30 years management experience in the property industry.  His credentials include Sales and Marketing Directorships in leading house builders in the South East of England and a Managing Director’s role at his last company.  His vast achievements and knowledge have given him the skills to be an outstanding business consultant and coach.  His passion is developing leadership and performance management potential, facilitating a shift in focus and mindset to achieve goals that are set, and beyond.  He has gained an intuitive grasp of one to one coaching, facilitation of leadership and development programmes.
