Heidi started her career as a graduate with Marks and Spencer, before being appointed into various HR Management roles across the company and then going on to work in Senior HR and L&D roles for IKEA and npower.
From the beginning of her career, Heidi’s focus and interest was business development and people development, quickly realising that the two go hand-in hand. Heidi’s core belief and focus is that individuals, managers and leaders can learn the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours to become highly effective in their roles and this learning creates sustainable and significant long term business performance, motivation and engagement.
Through her career Heidi has focussed her energy in designing and delivering effective learning solutions to develop individuals, teams and business leaders to create lasting positive behavioural change, using various psychometric tools to do so.
In the last few years Heidi has honed her knowledge and skills to become a real expert in the globally recognised behavioural profiling tools - Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team. She is now a UK Authorised Partner for these tools.
Today, Heidi’s expertise is in combining these powerful tools with her pragmatic, authentic and credible facilitation style, and her ability to enthuse even the most sceptical! Heidi works with individuals, managers and leaders, giving them the knowledge, skills, processes and behaviours to help them to become highly effective in these distinct roles.
Heidi is an enthusiastic facilitator, with a focus on sustainability and immediate application of learning and results. She demonstrates not only the credibility essential when working with senior leaders, but also the humility and relatability required when working with people of people at all levels. Each session is centred on both personal and business transformation and change and can involve 121 feedback sessions, group facilitation, action learning sets and virtual webinars.
Heidi’s adaptability allows her to work successfully with a wide and diverse client base, private and public, including Amazon, Sodexo, Kronos and the NHS to name a few.
