Rivas Palmer Group: Business Coaching

Elaine has a wealth of experience spanning 25 years + in sales, management, training and coaching. Having worked around the globe with many Blue Chips, her approach is very much that of taking the time to really understand the challenges facing the audience.....empowering rather than telling has a very powerful impact on results and performance.
Having spent the early part of her sales and management career in media, a step change was called for in the early 90’s. Moving into Telecommunications and IT was a huge challenge but one that proved to be very lucrative. However, in the late 90’s a “leap of faith” was made to launch into training.
After gaining a Business Coaching accreditation in 2003, Elaine then set herself up us as a self employed business coach. After 18 months, it was clear that her clients also had a need for specific training requirements, so she joined an International Training Company. Whilst there, she worked on projects globally for the likes of CISCO, Lexmark, Canon, Hewlett Packard, RBS, HSBC, and Philips to name but a few. Elaine specialised in delivering and designing Virtual Training programmes, and one of the biggest virtual projects was for CISCO that included a global audience of some 3000 sales people, of which she played a key part in the delivery team.
Elaine now works strategically with new and established clients of EFC Performance as the owner of the company. The company crosses many vertical sectors such as technology, finance, media and manufacturing and has done so for many years’ delivery successful programmes across many levels within an organisation. She is also an EverythingDisc and 5 Behaviours practitioner, specialising in looking at behavioural change within organisations. Recent clients are RBS/Nat West, BT, NFU Mutual, Morplan, IM Properties, Spitfire bespoke homes, to name but a few, all of which have worked with either Elaine or other members of her team in order to bring about change at both an operational and employee level.
Elaine is married to an American from Chicago who is involved in the music business which means lots of passes to live gigs! She lives in Worcester, and when there is any spare time in the diary, she loves nothing more than saddling up and heading out for a hack which is the next best thing to playing polo which used to be her passion as a single girlie! She also plays violin in a local orchestra and absolutely LOVES her holidays in exotic places.
