DISC profiling
Discover What Makes Your Team 'Tick'
what is DiSC?
The DiSC® model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others — within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.
The DiSC profile, published by Wiley, is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. If you participate in a DiSC program, you'll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior. You'll also receive tips related to working with people of other styles.

how does it work?
We will carry out an assessment with you to understand what it is specifically that you want as a result of running some profiling reports. It could be around increasing sales revenues, in which case we would recommend the DiSC Sales profile which will look in-depth at core behaviours required for successful customer relationships.
It could be that a set of managers need to improve their skills as a management team, therefore we would run the DiSC Management profile, again looking at specific behaviours around delegating, leading, directing etc.
The assessment takes around 10 minutes to complete on line, after which we would have one of our DiSC accredited facilitators take you to the next step.
What happens after the assessment?
There are a few avenues open to you as an individual or a group. We would either set up a series of 1:1 coaching sessions around your report so that you fully understand it and also how to apply it in the workplace to bring about change.
Alternatively, we will come into your business and run a series of classroom workshops so that the team understand their own reports, but also how to interpret them as a working group.
