Debbie Sidwell is a Learning and Development Specialist and Coach, working with individuals and teams to enable them to realise their full potential to increase engagement and performance, through coaching, facilitation, profiling tools and other learning interventions.
She is passionate about developing others and holds a strong belief that with the right support, all individuals have the ability to unlock their own potential and therefore can change the way they do things - to achieve long term results. Debbie loves to focus on the transformational getting right to the heart of the issue. Using the powerful combination of profiling tools and coaching to raise self-awareness and tapping into beliefs and values is where she sees the real change begin.

Having actively worked in the L&D arena for 25 years, she has a wide range of experience, which enables her to be creative and bespoke in her approach. She has worked with all levels including senior managers supporting Change, Engagement, Performance, Leadership and Team Development.

As well as being a successful and respected coach, Debbie also delivers workshops to enable others to coach so they can create a coaching culture back in the workplace. For three years, Debbie worked in partnership with Lane 4 (Adrian Moorhouse’s Management Consultancy company) on the multiple award-winning Winning Performance Culture (WPC) programme for middle to senior managers. Also worked with Gallup for staff engagement coaching, with her organisation being in the top 5% top companies in the world to work for.
Debbie has more recently worked on the acquisition and development of Graduate and Talent programmes involving everything from recruitment, design and delivery of assessment centres, on-boarding to off-boarding. The Graduate programme won First Prize in 2018 for the best small graduate programme, voted for by the graduates and awarded by the Job Crowd. Debbie also worked with her CEO as stakeholder, to create a New Zealand graduate exchange programme which is now in its 3rd successful year.
Debbie achieved her NVQ Level 4 in Training and Development and has also been accredited as a coach by The School of Coaching and in profiling tools including Discovery Insights, EQI Emotional Intelligence, Belbin team dynamics and Strengths profiling
In her spare time –
Debbie’s other passion is property development, running a successful rental business . This has been an intellectual stretch – but also another example of transferable skills and her passion for transformation, leadership and project management.
