About EFC Performance
I started out on my sales career back in the mid eighties working in media. I worked for a large radio group dealing with Blue Chip manufacturers to support local advertisers through financial backing.
After having a successful number of years in this vertical, I decided to move into Technology and Telecom’s selling large complex and innovative solutions to FTSE 200 companies at board level. Having enjoyed selling software solutions, I wanted to venture out and look at coaching and training for people within the business sector, particularly sales. I trained to become a Business Coach in 2005 and gained my accreditation from The European Coaching Foundation. Since then I have worked with major global organisations, training and coaching senior people spanning many business sectors and thus helping them to raise their awareness having a significant impact on personal performance and company results.
I bring a wealth of experience to any company or individual who is looking to excel in their career, thus producing much improved results. I also have a network of coaches and trainers working with me dependant on the specific requirements of the programme and the company.
EFCPerformance will work closely with people to understand fully how to empower you to make the step-changes required in your career and your company. Programmes are conducted in a very different and challenging style that participants will be stimulated by and crucially retain and take appropriate action on.

Many companies and their employees want to make the shift towards a coaching culture with the realisation that training alone will not bring about the change required in behaviour. Therefore, to give most flexibility to you we offer the following

• Coaching the coach
• Executive coaching (group or individual)
• Coaching Workshops
Awareness is deepened enabling clients to articulate succinctly their strengths and weakness’. All our coaching is based on the TGROW methodology which is a tried and tested formula. Programmes typically span over 3-6 months and a minimum of 12 sessions is recommended. However, we are flexible in our approach to enable clients to gain maximum impact from each programme. In order for the sponsor to measure the effectiveness of the desired changes, we ensure that tools are in place to ensure that the work is measurable.
